Tips Choosing a stock plan Before selecting a stock plan there are a number of items which should be given careful consideration. Is the plan really suitable for the lot with regard to light, views, topography...etc? Does it fit within the building envelope, or if not, is it difficult to modify to satisfy your need? Have you verified all easements, covenants...etc? Does it satisfy by-law requirements with regard to floor area, site coverage, building height...etc? What is the required garage location? Right or left? Note: Plans can be reversed. Please select the "Reversed Plans" option when ordering the plan.
