Rusbourne Design Ltd. is a residential design company specializing in the design of single family homes with an emphasis on practical livability. Owner Bob Rusbourne, who graduated with an Honours Degree in Architecture from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, is the exclusive designer of all Rusbourne Design Ltd. plans. During the course of 20 years that Bob has been designing homes in North America, he has received many achievement awards for not only overall house design but also for specific use of space which has been outstanding. Houses designed for two "Street of Dreams" held in Vancouver, B.C. in 1992 and 1994 were very successful and highly acclaimed. Rusbourne Design Ltd. has taken great care over the years to keep abreast of current trends and strives to present drawings of the highest standards. All our working drawings are computer generated ensuring complete dimensional accuracy. In addition, we analyze the building structure from the roof to the foundation to ensure that our design is "buildable". At Rusbourne Design we take pride in our plans becoming your "home".
